1. Day to day management of accounts. Our team will track all incoming and outgoing transactions from your business bank and credit card accounts. By tracking every sale and purchase this will allow us to keep an eye on your cash flow.

2. Maintain up-to-date records. We will make sure your business records are kept up to date and any discrepancies will be resolved in a timely manner.

3. Manage bank feeds. Managing bank fees will streamline the entire accounting process. We will manage the connections on a weekly basis to maintain the bank and credit card feeds.

4. Keep business aligned with the state and federal laws. We all dread those letters from the state or federal government. This is an essential area and we are here to help. We will make sure your business stays aligned with the relevant laws.

5. Keep you prepared for tax season.  Doing books is usually not a priority for business owners, so deadlines can dip under the radar. Tax deadlines are very strict and you don't want to pay additional fines. We will make sure you are always prepared for taxes.

6. Prepare monthly financial statements (Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet). We will prepare financial which include a set of Standard and Detail reports in a Cash Basis format.

7. Cash or accrual-based accounting. We can provide financial statements either on a cash or accrual basis.
